We can help you with remodeling design. Most homeowners have ideas as to what they want, but will benefit from experienced advise on how to make their ideas come together.

Through experience, we know what works and what doesn't. At your request, we are happy to offer suggestions for the design of your remodeling project.

Let us refer you to an excellent residential architect, or contract through us so that we can handle the coordination of schedules and activities.

Licensed Structural Engineering

We coordinate the structural engineering, related design modifications and cost engineering for you, to assure clear and timely communication. This is a critical element of cost and schedule management.

Custom Remodeling
